How are returns and refunds processed?
Returns:

Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the item.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any perfumes, and the tags must be attached.

Clearance & marked-down items are not eligible for return.

Original and return shipping is paid for by the customer.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
FREE shipping on orders over $75!! $6.00 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75!)
FREE local pickup available (use code PICKUP at checkout to waive our shipping charge). We will then contact you to coordinate.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Shipping times vary between 2-7 business days after processing time.

Shanelle's Corner will offer a limited selection of extended sizes.
